The skys the limit. I have learned through my many years in the design field and various business interactions that perseverance and persistance in going forward to an inspired goal keeps me on track in everything I do. For any of us the road is never easy and can be covered in thorns, distraction, rocky terrain and unforseen weather. Not being afraid to take the walk barefoot into the unknown can allow one to enhance growth on all levels of life. For me I have pushed myself to step into new, unfamiliar territories from which I have learned and developed my own skills, thoughts and advanced understanding of how things are all interconnected. I have an inherent driven nature to share my passions with those around me and enhance strong relationships that support positive, successful, ethical and trustworthy bonds. The Skys the limit. No stone will ever go unturned. Life is meant as an exploration and
we are all on the road together.
WORK EXPERIENCE
My work experience has included designing for local and regional advertising publications. I have also worked in the large format design arena which brings with it experience in large, event, show backdrop designs and banners, signage, which serviced many different types of graphic needs for various local and international buisness types. I have had web page layout experience for a Harrisburg Web Advertising firm along with advanced experience with full service advertising, developing, marketing, production, web, various online marketing and research for a Palmyra-based manufacturing company. I continually keep my interest and design love as a resource for several organizations who ask for design assistance; acting as creative director for their brand, promotions and carrying out other marketing or design needs for their organization.
EDUCATION
With a Bachelors of Fine Arts concentrated in Design from Kuztown University, located in Kutztown, PA and 2 additional years professional writing interest and focus at Elizabethtown College, Elizabethtown, PA my education has expanded to also include online writing correspondance courses, photoshop and design upgrade classes and marketing development on-job training. Additionally with PC based and MAC based program traininig and video edit program training, I have learned and developed within using all different design and marketing type programs that facilitate the project types I work in. They include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suites, Flash, Dreamweaver, PowerDirector Video Edit Programs, Excel and PowerPoints, Web programs- Drupal, Webbuilder, Wix site pages and many more.
SKILLS
PC and MAC programs. Also proficient in word based programs that would include all PowerPoint, Excel, Media Movie Maker, Power Director video edit programs, presentation development, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign page layouts originally starting from Quark Xpress, Flash, Constant Contact email marketing and Page management and uploads for Drupal based website, Conversion programs that bring Engineer drawings and Cad files to print-ready material along with working in spreadsheets, data management and record keeping, online based for social media and social networking and much more.
